"SUCKS!!! Any issues and you enter the purgatory-like experience of an endless stream of virtual assistance sending canned messages asking you to wait for help that NEVER comes. Expedia used to be so helpful. Now, it's just a trap for those who haven't yet suffered the uselessness of any promised help from this company. STAY AWAY!"

"Prepaid a trip through this app, and at the end of my hotel stay the hotel staff told me they were never paid and charged my card for the full stay again. I reached out to expedia and they acted as if they were trying to help and then I just stopped hearing from them with no resolution. I do not recommend using this app."
"The worst. I booked a room in which I opted to pay for at the property. They charged me and put my account into an overdraft. I contacted expedia, and asked for a refund, at first I was told it wasn't refundable. I asked should I call the hotel, the agent in terms called the hotel and told me it would take 5-7 business days to get my money back when they just took it 6 seconds ago."
"Do not use this company. So many hidden fees. Rented a car in Puerto Rico through them. $300 prepaid. $123 on arrival. $723 later I am driving a junk car with beat up rims and a falling off muffler. Way to go Expedia you suck. I will always use Enterprise from now on they haven't ever screwed me. I could be driving a much nicer car if I hadn't thought I was saving"
